New to quest to find crackling audio for all shows, especially ones I attended ‘83-95.
Help me understand/engage MATRIX to make this sonic journey travel forward.

This is a perfect sounding matrix.
1983 is one of my favorite years, as it was my first.

Had a clear memory of an '83 or '84 solo in Scarlet that did, um, geometric things. A certain against the grain angularity that Garcia achieved... across the rhythm of the band during his solo. Found it here. Scar was where I dropped the cursor to check out this show, and that's as far as I've gotten now. Not going to give stars yet. VERY THANKFUL to have heard what I needed to hear again after all these years. I love The Archive. Oh, and all of you, too.

This MATRIX is simply incredible. For an '83 recording pool, a product like this in nothing short of remarkable.

Nice sound here~I like the mix..This show is definitely running under the radar!! Solid from start to finish but not prefect..but what is? I don't seek perfection..This is another one of those venues that was a one and done(another from 83 is Lake Placid) I would have loved the boys to return to Burlington,but like so many places,once the town/city got a taste of the weirdness..we we're not welcome back!!so please>GIVE IT A WHIRL>Forever Grateful>Forever Dead~!!

I was a senior at St Mikes when this show took place and was lucky enough to score a 2nd row ticket in front of Brent from the brother of my girlfriend at the time who was on the SA at UVM. Anyone who was on tour at the time or lived in the Burlington area can relate to how lucky I was to get in that night.
Amazing show with a killer Scarlett Fire Estimated Eyes and the there is the Dew.

I came here to make noise about this great show, and the well handled slickness that melded the aud and sdb together.. Salutations, Hunter. You've impeccable taste for the vintage Dead. Phil doesn't come through enough would be my main gripe on the sonic notes, but you can't knock this shit folks. Well, you can knock it, but that'd just be some bull clouding your ears and/or brain-pan...

Not sure why this show doesn't get more attention and accolades. Great show, awesome set list and energy... not underdone or over cooked... just right, tasty! Jerry misses some lyrics but nails ALL the music and the cadence rocks! Keep coming back to this one, year after year.

My problem with this show was that both the AUD and SBD sources had significant cuts that really hurt the overall experience. One cut out in the midst of a monumental final jam in Eyes and the other decided "who really wants to hear an entire Dew of this magnitude?". Me, that's who. Good job on this one as usual. Clear and crisp, not too heavy on the sound of the unwashed masses. Fantastic show right out of the gate. Many, many highlights here. This show has a very well deserved reputation.
